Install jGameBase

1. Requirements
1.1 This software should work on all operating systems supporting Java 1.6 or later.

2. Import an Access Database
A small demo database "C64lite" is supplied with jGameBase. 
To import an Access database simply extract it into an directory below the jGameBase directory.
When starting jGameBase it will find your Access database and ask you if you wan't to import it (the ToolBox of former releases is no longer needed).

2. Configuring jGameBase
2.1 Start jGameBase (gamebase.sh)
2.2 Specify Paths (if necessary)
The default paths Extras/Games/Music/Photos/Screenshots are always searched.
If you use different directories you will need to set up your Paths via the Tools menu in the main jGameBase window "Tools -> Paths...". 

2.3 Verify which files you have
Once you have set up your paths, you will also need to run the verify tool to determine which files you have available from those listed in your jGameBase database.
Additionally this tool will adjust the case of filenames according to files found.
To run this tool, select "Verify Available Files..." from the Tools menu in the main jGameBase window. Files are only scanned by filename.

3. Configuring Emulators
3.1 Game Emulators
Select "Manage Game Emulators..." from the Tools menu in the main jGameBase window.
A Java C64 emulator JSwingC64 is included.
At the moment the C64 emulator Vice is supported out of the box.
3.2 Music Emulators
Select "Manage Music Emulators..." from the Tools menu in the main jGameBase window.
A Java SID emulator JSidplay is included.
At the moment the SID emulator audacious is supported out of the box.
